Pact {4} (This enchantment costs its Pact cost,
if your Commander has the drafter keyword)

At the beginning of each player’s draw step,
they roll a d6:
1-3 | That player's creatures gain +1/+0 and haste
until the end of that player's turn, that player must
sacrifice a creature at the end of their turn.
4-5 | That player discards a card, then draws a card.
6 | That player adds {r}{r}. Until the end of turn,
they don't lose this mana as steps and phases end.
