This spell is every color.
Destroy target creature with power 3 or less. You
gain 3 life and draw a card, then you may put a
land card from your hand onto the battlefield.
Pact of the Spectrum deals 3 damage to any
target.
At the beginning of your next upkeep, pay {w}{u}{b}{r}{g}. If you dont, you lose the game.
