Pact of Wisdom

Target opponent draws two cards. Then, they choose another opponent who hasn't been chosen this way this turn. That player draws X+2 cards, where X is the number of cards the previous player drew.
•A player cannot choose the same opponent twice in a row.
•This process continues until a player chooses to end it. The player who ends it draws twice the number of cards last drawn.
