+1: Look at the top two cards of any library. If they share a card type, shuffle them back into the deck. If not, put them on top in any order.
+2: Shuffle your hand back into your deck and draw cards equal to the number of creatures on the battlefield.
-7: Create X 1-1 goblin creature tokens, where X is equal to the converted mana cost of creatures on the battlefield. If X is less than 3, double X
