[PA:GG] SPLASH DAMAGE

Use this Stratagem in your Shooting phase, when
a HELLHOUND model from your army is
chosen to shoot with. Until the end of that phase,
when resolving an attack made with a chem
cannon, inferno cannon or melta cannon by that
model against a unit that is receiving the benefit
of cover, you can re-roll the wound roll.
