Whenever an opponent plays a non-creature
spell, you may untap Pahoran.
{t}: Tap or untap target permanent. If it's a
creature you may put a +1/+1 or -1/-1
counter on it.
{2}, discard Pahoran: Search your library for a
legendary creature and put it in your hand,
then shuffle.
