Cast Pain only if WOTC has done something
dumb last turn
Each player discards three cards, then draws the
three least reprinted cards in their library. Each
player may put a card exhibiting power creep
from their hand onto the battlefield. FOR each
player who does, Pain deals three damage to
that player.
