Painful Intrusion

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, if
that player has more than two cards in hand, you
may pay X life, where X is the number of cards
in that player's hand. If you do, that player
reveals their hand. You choose two cards from it.
That player discards one of the chosen cards,
then loses life equal to the mana value of the
other card.
