Painful Voices

Will of the council - At the beginning of your
upkeep starting with you, each player votes for
poison or strength. If poison gets more votes,
each opponent gets an infect counter. If strength
gets more votes or the vote is tied, put two +1/+1 counter on a creature you control.
A player may choose not to vote for any vote
effect. If that player does, he or she loses 2 life.
Don't do it. Trust me.
