At the beginning of your upkeep put a snow counter on Paladin of the Snow.
Paladin of the Snow gets +1/+1 for each snow counter on it.
At the beginning of your end step you may remove a snow counter from Paladin of the Snow to create a 1/1 white bear creature token.
