Pale Observer

When Pale Observer enters the battlefield,
search target player's deck for a card. That
player forgets that card (exile it face down.)
That player shuffles their deck.
Reveal a forgotten card and place it on the
bottom of its owner's deck: Counter target
spell with the same name as the revealed card.
