Paliano Auction House

At the beginning of each player's end step, that player may pay any amount of mana. For each one mana spent this way, that player puts one colorless artifact Ticket token onto the battlefield, then they must put one nontoken permanent they control in the auction zone. Starting with that player and going to the right, players may sacrifice any amount of permanents named Ticket. Whoever sacrificed the most permanents this way gains control of all permanents in auction zones.
