Enchant target player.
Enchanted player has, whenever you draw a card, all opponents draw a card.
Whenever a player draws a card with Palutenas Gift, put a Gift counter on it, then if Palutenas Gift gets destroyed the owner of Palutenas Gift gains life equal to the Gift counters.
