Pandamonium

Each player chooses a permanent they control of
each kind with the highest mana value among
artifacts, creatures, and enchantments they
control and exiles them. Then, each player,
starting with you, has a random permanent exiled
in this way returned to the battlefield under their
control. Repeat this process until no permanents
remain exiled in this way. If a player had less than
three permanents enter the battlefield under their
control in this way, they draw cards equal to the
difference.
