Pandemonia, the Mayhem

Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery
spell, each other player may copy that spell, may
choose new targets for it and may spend mana as
though it were mana of any colour to cast that
spell.
If a player would draw a card except the first one
they draw in each of their draw steps, each other
player draws an additional card.

players control each other's next turn.
