choose one at random:

Each player discards a card. If a nonland card is discarded this way, create a 1/1 black Rat creature
token.
Return target nonland permanent to its owner’s
hand.
Draw a card, then discard a card. Whenever a
nonland card is discarded this way, you may return Pandemonium Djinn to your hand.
