Pandora

At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of each player's library face down. Shuffle all cards exiled by Pandora, then reveal one randomly for each player. The player who revealed the card with the highest converted mana cost plays that card without paying its mana cost. The other revealed cards stay exiled face down.
