At the beginning of each player's upkeep, put a challenger counter on that player.
Attacking creatures get +1/+1 for each challenger counter on the defending player.
{x}: Remove X challenger counters from target opponent, then put a creature card with converted mana cost X from your hand onto the battlefield. Any player may activate this ability but only once until their next upkeep.
