Panic! At The Library

Whenever a player draws a card, that player flips
a coin. If he or she loses the flip, he or she manifests that card. (To manifest a card, put it onto the battlefield face down as a 2/2 creature. Turn it face up any time for its mana cost if it's a creature card.)
All face-down creatures have "At the beginning
of your end step, this creature deals 2 damage to you."
