Panoukdialy, of the Cure

When Panoukdialy enters the battlefield, you
may search your library for a card named
Panoukdialy's Cure, put it on top of your library,
and shuffle your library.
At the beginning of your end step, put all
permanent cards under their owner's control,
and remove all -1/-1 counters from those
permanents.
