Paper Bird

After you write a message up to 50 words on this
sheet and speak a creature's name, it folds into a
Tiny paper bird and flies to the named recipient.
The recipient must be on the same Plane as you,
or the bird turns into ash as it takes flight.
It flies to within 5' of the recipient by the most
direct route, where it turns into a nonmagical
sheet of parchment that can be unfolded only by
the recipient. If the bird's HP (1) or speed (60')
is reduced to 0, it turns to ash.
