At the beginning of your pre-combat main phase, choose target opponent and target creature they control. Target opponent says rock, paper, or scissors. If they choose rock, Papercut deals 1 damage to each opponent. If they choose paper, target creature cannot block this turn. If they choose scissors, you create an Origami token and target creature gains first strike this turn. (It's an artifact with "{2},{t}:Sacrifice this artifact: Origami deals 1 damage to each creature and each player.")
