with mana value equal to or less than the number
of cards in your hand. The counter is removed at
the beginning of that opponent's next end step.

{1}{u}{b}{t}: Tap target creature with a gripe
counter on it. It deals damage equal to its power
to its controller, and doesn't untap during its controllers next untap step.
