Creatures your opponents control are blue,
lose flying, and can't have or gain flying.
Whenever damage dealt by Papyrus would
destroy a creature, exile it until Papyrus leaves
the battlefield instead.
Whenever damage dealt by Papyrus would
reduce an opponent's life total below 1, that
player's life total becomes 1 instead.
