When Parallel Universe enters the battlefield all players roll a 6 sided die for each permanent they control on a 1-3 they lose 1 health, on a 4-6 they get a token copy of that permanent, if it is legendary create a non-legendary one instead
When Parallel Universe leaves play so do all tokens Parallel Universe created
