Enchant creature
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a growth counter on Parasitic Infection and a -1/-1 counter on enchanted creature.
When enchanted creature dies, put an X/X black germ creature token onto the battlefield, where X is the number of growth counters that was on Parasitic Infection.
