Parley

When you have leverage on a GM Character
and manipulate them, roll+Cha. Leverage is
something they need or want, or something that has a direct correlation to their wellbeing
or emotional state. Using Parley is best applied to individuals on which simply the truth of a situation is not enough to convince them.
