When Paro, Unheard Scheamer deals combat damage to a player, that players sacrifices a creature. If that player can't, you may have them lose 4 life or that player chooses a creature that you don't control. Destroy that creature, and its controller draws a card.
When Paro dies, you may have each creature you don't get -X/-X until end of turn, where X is the amount of damage dealt to Paro this turn.
