card if they have more cards in hand than you,
then they lose 2 life if they have more life than
you, then taps a land they control if they control
more lands than you.
Green Eyed Monster—Parsee, Bridge Princess
gets +1/+1 for each opponent that controls more
permanents than you. Parsee has trample if its
power is 5 or greater.
