Partial Shutdown

At the start of any Movement phase, choose
one of your Titans. The chosen Titan
is immediately issued Shutdown orders, replacing
any previous Order. Its Void Shields do not
collapse, and it reduces its Reactor level by 1
instead of 2 during the Damage Control phase. Reactor rolls can be made for the Titan if forced
to do so. Othewise, a Partially Shutdown Titan
follows all other normal rules for the Shutdown
order.
