Partial Shutdown (PS)

Play this Stratagem at the start of any Movement
phase.
Choose a friendly Titan to initiate PS. The
chosen Titan is immediately issued Shutdown
orders, replacing any Order previously given. The
void shields do not collapse. The Titan reduces its Reactor level by 1 instead of 2 during the Damage Control phase and Reactor rolls can be made for
the Titan if forced to do so. A PS Titan follows
all other normal rules for a Shutdown order.
