When Party Bomber enters the battlefield, you
may reveal your hand. If you do, creatures you
control get +2/+0 until end of turn.
Players play with the top card of their libraries
revealed. At the start of a player's untap step, if
their card revealed in this way is a creature that
isn't red, they take 1 damage. If that creature has
trample, they take 2 damage instead.
