Put a party rock counter on up to 3 different
target nonland permanents. At the beginning of
your upkeep, put a party rock counter on a
target permanent. At the end of an upkeep,
shuffle a permanent with a party rock counter
back to their owner's library. Its owner creates a
2/2 Zombie token.
