Pascal's Coin

At the beginning of each player's upkeep,
put a Wager counter on Pascal's Coin. That player then flips a coin. If they win the flip, they gain life equal to the amount of Wager counters on Pascal's Coin. If they lose the flip, that player loses that much life instead.
