Pass On

When Pass On enters the battlefield,
exile your library then shuffle and
flip your graveyard facedown.
Your graveyard is now your
library and your exile is now your
graveyard.
When you would draw a card from
your library and there are no cards left, you do
not lose the game unless you pay 2 life.
