Pass the Parcel

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a package counter on Pass the Parcel.
{r}{w}{t}, Remove X package counters from Pass
the Parcel: Starting with you, each player chooses
X permanents they control, then exiles them
facedown. Shuffle all the cards exiled this way
into one pile. Starting with you, until there are
no cards left in the pile, each player reveals the
top card of the pile, puts it onto the battlefield
under their control, then shuffles the pile.
