On each player's upkeep, they gain control of
Passin' Fruit. When this enters your battlefield,
if you are Passin' Fruit's owner, draw a card, otherwise, its owner draws a card for every other permanent they own that you control.
Spells you cast with converted mana cost 3 or
less cost 1 less to cast. Spells your opponents
cast with converted mana cost 4 or higher cost
1 more to cast.
