3 or more. If {w} was spent to cast this spell, put
three time counters on it. If it doesn't have
suspend, it gains suspend. If {b} was spent to cast
this spell, you may search your library for a
nonland permanent card with mana value 3 or
less and exile it with three time counters. If it
doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend. Shuffle
afterwards. (Do both if {w}{b} was spent.)
