When Patches, The Treacherous deals combat
damage to a player, create a colorless Trinket
token artifact, defending player does the same.
Whenever a opponent sacrifices an artifact,
that opponent sacrifices a creature they control,
you gain 1 life. If they cannot they loose
3 life and you gain 3 life instead.
