Whenever a creature you control planeswalks, put a journey counter on Path to Redemption.

Whenever a journey counter is put on Path to Redemption, if the number of journey counters
on it is greater than or equal to X, where X is ten plus Y, where Y is the number of players who were in the game when you played Path to Redemption times 5, you win the game.
