Pathway Arrow

This arrow never fails to hit its target. The
Pathway arrow hits a creature of your choice
within range and deals 3d4 + 3 force damage
to its target. A creature hit by the arrow must
succeed on a DC 10 Strength saving throw or
be knocked prone. An Eldrazi hit by the arrow
must succeed a DC 13 Constitution saving
throw or be stunned.
