Patient Zero

Deathtouch, immunity (creatures with immunity
can't have virus counter put on them.)
When Patient Zero enters the battlefield or
attacks all creatures get a 0/-1 virus counter, then proliferate.
If a creature with a virus counter on it would die,
put a +1/+1 counter on Patient Zero.
