Patient Zero

Deathtouch, immunity ( Creatures with immunity
can't get virus counters)
When Patient Zero enters the battlefield or
attacks all creatures get a -0/-1 virus counter,
then proliferate.
If a creature with a virus counter on it would die,
Patient Zero gets +1/+1 for each virus counter
on that creature.
