When Payakan enters the battlefield, if you cast it, destroy target artifact or creature. Then exile Payakan. As long as it remains exiled by this effect, its owner may return it to the battlefield under their control if they are the defending player.

As long as Payakan is paired with another creature, both creatures have "Wisdom of the Tulkun—{t}: Draw a card for each creature you control with this ability."
