Paying Tithe

When Paying Tithe enters the battlefield you
become the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep if you are the monarch, create a 1/1 white human token and a treasure token.
Whenever a creature attacks you while you are the monarch, that creature gets -1/-0 until end of turn.
