Peace- Your opponent and you create an Artifact Peace Treaty token with Peace(Your opponent and you cannot lose or win the game).
War- This card becomes a 3/4 Green creature with Reach and Menace, and this card gains this effect; "When this card attacks or blocks you may pay X life and deal X damage to target player or creature.
