Peace Through Tyranny

When Peace Through Tyranny enters the battlefield look at each opponents hand and exile a card from it. You may play any cards exiled this way during your main phase as long as you control this card.
At the beginning of each opponent's end step that player loses three life, if they didn't attack another player besides you then that player chooses up to two creatures he or she controls, then sacrifices the rest.
