Pegasus' Illusory Mirage

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may reveal the
top card of your library. If it's a Toon creature card,
you may put it onto the battlefield tapped and
attacking. If you don't, draw a card.
Illusory Assault - Toon creatures you control have
"Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a
player, you may tap target creature. If you do, that
creature doesn't untap during its controller's next
untap step."
