This spell cannot be countered.
If you would cast a nonland permanent spell, you
may instead put that card directly onto the
battlefield. (You still must pay its mana cost.)
Whenever a nonland, nontoken permanent
enters the battlefield under your control, if it
wasn't cast, Pekora's Prankery deals 1 damage to
any target.
