Whenever you pay 4 or more {r}, Peleranos deals
4 damage to any target.
As long as your devotion to red is 5 or less,
Peleranos is not a creature.
When Peleranos dies, exile it and put 3 time
counters on it. On your upkeep remove a time
counter from Peleranos, when the last time
counter is removed return Peleranos to the battlefield.
